Our team has had to manage various complications, including dysphasia, dysphagia, and dyspnoea, which make speech, swallowing, and breathing difficult. Regular suctioning is performed to remove phlegm, medications and nutrition are administered through a PEG, and careful attention is given to the client’s skin integrity.
