We are a supported living, domiciliary and live-in care provider for people of all ages. Our support models are tailored for Children, Young People, Adults and Older People with Learning Disabilities, Autism and other complex needs.
With over 17 years’ experience in the sector – our highly skilled and experienced teams are committed to providing high quality, tailored care and support which keeps the person at the centre of everything we do. Our services are all based in Southern England including London and surrounding areas including Sussex and Windsor and Maidenhead.
Our organisation is built upon foundations of Trust, Dignity, Respect and Equality. Our support is outcome focused with goal setting which is specific to each person and their level of need – ultimately ensuring fulfilment and progress is achieved and skills and independence are maximised a way which is meaningful to each individual.
Our person-centred planning (PCP) approach is highly effective in providing a comprehensive range of support services for people we support to overcome challenges, achieve their goals and lead fulfilling lives.

Who We Support
We Will Provide You With The Place to Spend Your Time
We support people with Learning Disabilities and Autism. Many of the people we support also have other needs such as Physical Disabilities, Sensory and Communication Needs and Complex Health Needs.
The happiness and comfort of people we support is of the upmost importance every single day. Designing and planning care in coproduction with the individual as well as their families, wider professional network and our internal clinical team ensures robust support provision which remains focused on each person’s goals and aspirations in life.
This includes building on current skills and abilities and could be support with aspects of daily living, enhancing social experiences, managing communication effectively, accessing activities in the local community, seeking or retaining voluntary or employment opportunities or maintaining a high standard of overall health and wellbeing.

Once we receive your referral, we work with you, your social worker and your wider personal and professional network to complete full and thorough assessment of Need, Background, Goals and Preferences – ultimately to gain a complete understanding of you.
This informs how we can best support you through our provision of person-centred care – for instance the Characteristics, Skills and Experience which are important for your support team member recruitment, compatibility consideration for anyone who you’ll be living alongside or any bespoke environmental adaptations which may be required to facilitate your comfort, independence and happiness in your home.
